Dennis, who founded the company, is the glue that binds us together. He has the big picture view of the different components that have to mesh in order for production to flow smoothly and seamlessly. His experience is invaluable and his management style unique, yet on target. He's somehow always ahead of the curve on technology and his design training has set the tone for the excellent work we do. He can do an awesome three-wheel drift in his Porsche Boxter S when he's not playing online Bridge.

Lisa S. Mehigan

Lisa takes part in most aspects of our business, from the administrative tasks to creative concepts in print, television and radio. She is a jack of most trades but, one hopes, a master of some. Her specialty is research, writing, editing and taking a 600-page document and condensing it into a comprehensive four-page brochure. Lisa has the distinction of knowing all the choreography for NYCB's "West Side Story Suite" and has tried to put together a MB&A ballet company, without success.

Brendan Casey
Lead Account Executive

Brendan serves as MB&A's lead account executive, providing input and direction on all major projects through daily interaction with the MB&A Account and Print and Web teams. Brendan also provides concept and design management, as well as copywriting and editorial support. He also oversees project scheduling, budgeting and billing. Brendan also manages his OCD by emptying the dishwasher and unplugging the coffee pot and toaster each night.

Stephen Buckbee
Production Coordinator
Steve is responsible for all aspects of print production including estimating, scheduling, quality control, budget management and coordinating with clients and vendors on all project development. He has extensive printing, graphics and operations experience.

Nancy Cronin
Account Executive
Nancy manages print and web projects from concept to production, including planning, concept development, copywriting and budget management. Nancy works as a liaison between clients and our internal staff on all client issues. Nancy happily consults the MB&A staff on the proper usage of Yiddish swear words.

Diane Thorne
Account Executive
Diane manages print projects from concept to production, including concept development, proofreading and ad placement. Aside from her full load of account duties, Diane manages mail processing and returned mail for our large-scale publication mailings. Diane also operates a world class trout farm out of a small pond in her front yard.

Tim McCutcheon
Art Director

Tim oversees the development and design of all creative projects for both print and web use. Tim is also responsible for the creative development and direction of TV and radio spots. An avid home improvement specialist, Tim spends so much time at Home Depot, they put him on the payroll.

Chris Muran Szepatowski
Designer
Chris provides design, layout and typesetting services for clients' print and collateral pieces. She prepares files for output and maintains active and archived files. Chris has also taken on the responsibility of making the BEST coffee in MB&A history, providing vacation advice and keeping the office plants alive.

Brenda Novak
Designer
Brenda is responsible for the quality control of all print document and design files. She also provides design, layout and typesetting services for client print and collateral pieces. Brenda prepares files for output, maintains active files and file archives. Brenda acts as our resident polka expert and beet soup connoisseur.
Web/Programming Team

Jason Ferro
Website Services Coordinator

Jay oversees the daily operations of the web development/programming team, serving as the department's client liaison while working to develop and maintain client websites. Jay also handles in-house network administration, data backup and recovery. Jay leads the MB&A motorcycle gang, "Los Programistas Mortales."

Greg Matusic
Web Developer
Greg designs, edits and maintains client websites. He is also responsible for the design and development of all client FLASH programs. Aside from his web-based duties, Greg also provides valuable concept, design and illustration support to MB&A's print team. Greg's close friends include Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton. He'll get you an autograph, for a small fee.

Matt Garrison
Lead Programmer
Matt creates and designs custom web applications and websites to improve client profitability, productivity and turnaround time. Matt consults with clients, providing detailed yet accessible explanations, to determine the best game plan for each project. He also works to improve our in-house programs and web applications. Matt is widely regarded as "the Bill Gates of Ulster County."

Patrick Avella
Programmer
Pat develops and maintains both in-house and client software applications, including but not limited to web applications, shell scripting and systems automation. Patrick also manages to maintain a sunny disposition despite the fact he is surrounded by Republicans. He is also widely known as "the Linus Torvalds of Schenectady County."
Administrative Team

Jennifer Fredenburg
Bookkeeper
Jennifer processes payroll, reconciles multiple bank accounts, handles deposits, invoices, A/R and A/P, coordinates tax returns and financial statements. More importantly, Jennifer ensures that the MB&A refrigerator is constantly filled with regular and fat free creamer for our many coffee fiends.

Lynda Cambell
Office Manager
Lynda handles administrative duties including reception, scheduling and all billing and project related filing. Lynda also provides data entry and proofreading services. She can focus in on a typo from 100 feet away and loves the color orange.
